Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If for some reason your item arrives damaged or not as promised, simply email us at support@risingfaithapparel.com, and provide us with the following information:
- Your name
- Your order number
- Photo or video showing the issue with the item
We'll provide you with a paid return postage slip so you can return the item and receive either an exchange or a refund.

Wrong size
In the rare event that you are unhappy with the fit of your purchase, we will process a one-time free exchange just for you. Here are some points to note about shoe exchanges:
- We do not process refunds for sizing disputes; only exchanges are provided.
- Free exchanges will only be provided once per order.
- We will ship out your new size after your original pair is placed in the mail back to us (as evidenced by tracking)
- Exchanges will only be given for the same style of item as the original order.
To begin an exchange, please email us at support@risingfaithapparel.com with the following information:
- Your name
- Your order number
- The new size requested
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
As our items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or refunds of items that aren't to taste, you changed your mind, etc.
We cannot accept returns of sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.
We cannot accept returns of items that are in the following condition(s):
- The item(s) have been worn or washed.
- The item(s) have been altered in any way.
- The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
- The item(s) were a final sale item.
- You do not issue a return/refund request within 14 days of your order's delivery.
