There are a couple ways to track your orders:

 

1) ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL

• Search your email (the one you entered at checkout) for "order confirmed". It should look like this:

• Click the button "view your order" to go to the order status page. This is where you'll find all the details about your order. When we update the page with the tracking code you'll see it there as well.  

 

 

2) SHOP APP

In the order status page we spoke about above, you'll see a link to download the "Shop" app (available for iOS and android) as seen below:

 

If you used a gmail address at checkout, this app automatically locates your tracking code and tracks the location of your packages.

 

For other email addresses, you'll have to enter the tracking codes manually. 

 

 

3) SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL

• Search your email (the one you entered at checkout) for "shipping confirmed". It should look like this:

• Click the tracking code to track your package. Alternatively, click the "view your order" button to go to the order status page. This is where you'll find all the details about your order.
