I MADE A MISTAKE, CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes, you can change your order but you should do this within 24 hours after ordering. Once your order is being printed, unfortunately, we cannot change it anymore. To make the change, contact us and make sure to provide:
- Your order number
- Your name
- The change you would like to make (e.g. size, address, quantity)
We’ll confirm once the modification has been made.
I CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I STILL CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your item has not been printed yet, you can cancel your order. When your item is in the print stage we cannot cancel anymore since it’s already being made. To cancel your order contact us and tell us:
- Your order number
- That you want to cancel an order
We’ll handle everything from there.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners Club, Discover, JCB), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. If you have any issues during checkout, please contact us.
You’ll see our name on your invoice and on your transaction history if you pay by credit or debit card. We take security very seriously so your details will be safe with us.
WHAT IF MY PAYMENT IS DECLINED?
There may be a few reasons why your card has declined:
- You may have insufficient funds.
- Your card billing details may not have been entered correctly at checkout or your card has expired.
- Your card issuer may have declined your payment and they don’t tell us why so, we would recommend getting in touch with them for further information.
- If none of these applies to you, please contact us.
WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?
You will be charged in the currency shown on the product pages and at checkout.
If you’re not paying in your local currency your payment will be converted by your card issuer, this may be subject to a conversion fee depending on the policy of your bank.
