Orders
In most cases, yes, if you contact us shortly after you order. Our products are custom made to order, so we cannot make changes after our Production Team has started working on your order.
If you discover an error, please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@therisingfaith.com, and include:
- Your name
- Your order number
- The error and change that needs to be made (e.g. size, shipping address, quantity, etc.)
*Please note: after your order has been started by our Production Team, we cannot make changes to your order.
If your order has not yet went to our Production Team, you can cancel your order.
If you decide to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@therisingfaith.com, and include:
- Your name
- Your order number
As items are custom made to order, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel your order after it has been sent to our Production Team.
We do our best to ensure you're 100% satisfied. If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged, please reach out to our Support Team within 14 days of delivery.
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your order number
- Your name
- A photo or video clearly showing the issue with the product.
We'll work with you to get you a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
In the rare event you are unhappy with the fit of your shoe, we will process a one-time free exchange just for you. Here are some points to note about shoe exchanges:
- Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed.
- Free Exchanges will only be allowed once per shoe order.
- You are not required to return the original shoes to receive a free exchange.
- Only size exchange requests for two sizes above or below the original size will be allowed.
- Exchanges will only be given for the same style of shoe as the original order.
- You have 30 days from the date the shoes were successfully delivered to you to request a size exchange.
In order for a free exchange to be processed, you must contact us and provide the following information:
- The reason the shoe didn’t fit (i.e. too small, too big, too narrow)
- The new size requested
- Your name
- Your order number
- A picture of the shoe design (outside)
- A picture of the shoe size (inside)
To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided sizing charts for all shoes on our product pages. Please measure your feet and compare your measurements to the sizing chart.
Shipping & Delivery
The Rising Faith presently ships to the following countries and areas:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- New Zealand
T-Shirts: Our high-quality t-shirts are produced and printed in the United States. These fulfillment centers are located in Charlotte, Dallas, and Los Angeles.
Shoes: These products are printed and shipped from our manufacturing partners in China.
Prices on our website are listed in US Dollars. Sales tax is not required where our orders originate from.
If you are having a product delivered outside the United States, import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives, as determined by your local customs office.
The Rising Faith is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details regarding customs, please contact your local customs office.
Because your order is custom-made, you'll be provided a tracking number after your order is completed and is shipped to you. Generally, this happens in 3-4 days.
Yes, with some notes:
We are unable to ship Express for our footwear. Express shipping is only available to street addresses.
Items shipped to PO Boxes are shipped with standard shipping, and should arrive in about 2-4 weeks from when you place your order.
